How do prices change as our business grows?
We will review your expenses and requirements every 3 months and the price will be updated accordingly.
Is there an annual commitment?
No, having a good working relationship is important for us. If you are not comfortable with the service, you should not be locked into a contract. Either party can cancel with 1 calendar month notice.
Can I mix personal expenses with my business expenses?
No, we keep things clean.
Does Mello CFO provide audited Annual Financial Statements?
No, we are not Registered Auditors. Depending on your requirements, we would either provide you with a Compilation (signed unaudited annual financial statements) or we could prepare the annual financial statements and work with external auditors or independent reviewers to finalise the financials.
What should be included in Monthly Expenses to determine the price?
For pricing purposes, we include in expenses the money your company spends each month, including operating expenses, payroll, cost of goods sold, and and capital expenditure.
Will Mello CFO file my personal taxes?
Yes, this will be included. If complex, an additional amount may be quoted.
Are prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes, VAT is added to our prices.
What is Mello CFO's payment terms?
Monthly fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month and paid via debit order on the 5th. Onboarding fees are payable upfront.
